EMS Services

Washington County Fire Rescue provides 24/7 Emergency Medical Services to our assigned jurisdiction along with providing mutual aid to the surrounding areas if needed. We have two fully staffed Advance Life Support Ambulances. We utilize progressive protocols to provide the best care to our citizens. Our members go through numerous hours of training every year to ensure they stay up to date with the ever changing skills and techniques to provide better care. We have members that are trained at the EMT-Basic level up to the Paramedic level.

Medic 1 is a 2020 Ford F-550 Braun Chief XL ambulance with Stryker Autoload Stretcher and Medic 1-2 is a 2019 Ford F-450 Medix ambulance. We utilize Zoll cardiac monitors, Stryker LUCAS 3 CPR Devices, Ambu King Vision Laryngoscope Kits, and many other tools to provide the best care possible.
